Serums as reinforcement

Serum is a complementary skincare product containing a higher concentration of active components than a normal skincare cream.  It penetrates the skin more deeply due to its texture.  The results are immediately visible.  Serum is always applied to the skin following skin cleansing and the application of skin toner.  When a day or night cream is then applied, the serum intensifies the effect of the cream.  Serums are particularly suitable for youthful skin as the free radicals they contain prevent skin ageing.  They may also be used over several weeks as a cure for particular stresses.  We recommend the daily use of a serum to prevent lines, loss of skin elasticity and pigment spots.
Special tip:  When serum is applied beneath a mask, both the mask and the serum are far more effective.
